"I can’t recommend SoCal Suspension enough.
I originally had an Air Lift 3H air suspension system installed on my Mercedes-Benz at another shop, but unfortunately the installation wasn’t done correctly. I ended up bringing my car to SoCal Suspension to have everything diagnosed and fixed.
Looking back, I wish I had gone to SoCal Suspension from the very beginning. I honestly didn’t know they specialized in air suspension until I started asking around, and several of my car friends kept telling me, “Go see Erick.” Now I completely understand why.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and respect. The customer service was outstanding, communication was excellent, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. Erick took the time to thoroughly fix everything the previous shop had gotten wrong, and the quality of his work gave me complete confidence in my car again.
One thing that really stood out was Erick’s professionalism. Even though he had to correct another shop’s mistakes, he never bad-mouthed them or spoke negatively about anyone. He simply focused on doing the job the right way, and that says a lot about his character and integrity.
If you’re looking for a shop that genuinely cares about its customers, does top-quality work, and stands behind what they do, SoCal Suspension is the place to go. I wouldn’t trust my suspension work to anyone else, and they’ll be my first call from now on."

"Great service! I had a SoCal Suspension install a full N2itive alignment kit and lowering links on my 2018 Tesla Model S. I requested for them to adjust the height to a clean 1-finger gap all around (about 1.5 inch drop at low air suspension settings) and alignment to that spec. Work was done quickly and accurately, with alignment straight as an arrow. Ryan had great communication from appointment, through drop-off and work status. They said to bring the vehicle back for a installation re-torque and inspections after a few hundred miles as part of their service. I highly appreciate the work and professionalism."
